Made-to-Order Products
Because our items are made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Maison Cassis or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
